What is the difference between BaaS and DRaaS?

Backup as a service (BaaS) manages data copies and restore assistance. Disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) adds replication, a recovery environment, and a coordinated plan for restoring the systems covered by your service.

How do you set my RTO and RPO?

We identify critical systems, review the impact of downtime and data loss, and agree on targets that fit your business and budget. Recovery tests help check whether the design can meet those targets.

Where is my data stored?

In a datacenter here in Ohio, encrypted in transit and at rest. For DRaaS customers we can also replicate to additional locations when geographic separation is required.

How are backups tested?

We schedule restore tests and provide documented results. The systems tested and testing frequency depend on their importance to your business and the requirements agreed in your service plan.

Why add independent Microsoft 365 backup?

Independent backup gives you another recovery option for deleted or changed business data. We review your existing retention settings and recovery needs, then confirm the Microsoft 365 data and restore options covered by the backup service.

What happens during an actual disaster?

Contact the support team using your agreed escalation process. We assess the incident, confirm recovery priorities, and restore the covered systems using the documented plan, with progress updates and checks before they return to use.
